Please Note: If you want to make payment by cheque then collection charges of Rs. 25 will be applicable extra. If you subscribe on or before 31st December 2005, then no collection charges will be taken. The activation of your Mein Hoo Na membership is subject to realisation of the cheque.

For Payment via Direct Deposit to HDFC Bank Account

You can directly deposit the cheque in HDFC Bank account number 3412560000688 in your own city's local branch of HDFC bank. Before depositing the cheque, Please fill the following details in the application form below. All of the fields are required to be filled in order to activate your membership.

After crediting your cheque in account, your account will be activated.
