Question: What happens
when I sign up?
Answer: You get 100 SMS reminder credits included when you sign-up.
Each SMS reminder sent uses one credit. You also get an optional
complementary email reminder (provided you have specified your email
address during registration.)
Credits available are calculated for the current subscription period.
Question: I can't sign
up - In fact I can't access your site!
Answer: Please contact us and report the problem immediately at
help@meinhoona.com. Please make sure to provide us know your computer’s
configuration along with your operating system, browser name and
browser version.
Question: I have signed
up successfully but I can't login.
Answer: Though you have signed up successfully but your account
will be activated only after your payment will be received by us
through the modes given by us. For payment modes click PAYMENT OPTIONS.
If after making payment you are still having problems please contact
us.
Question: What is Text
Messaging (SMS)?
Answer: Text messaging, also called Short Messaging Service (SMS),
is a wireless service available on digital mobile networks. It enables
transmission of text messages between cellular phones on any major
wireless network in the world. Messages are typically limited to
160 characters.
Question: Can I have more
than one reminder for the same event?
Answer: Just enter the event again and select a different notice
period. Each reminder SMS sent will use one credit.
Question: I want to have
more than 100 reminders in my account.
Answer: You can then purchase more credits to top up your SMS reminders.
These top up credits do not 'roll over' on subscription renewal
so only purchase as many as you need for your subscription period.
Just Login and go to your Member Control Panel page. From there
you can add top ups.
Question: This service
is really useful but what happens if I forget to renew it?
Answer: We will remind you well before time so that you can renew
the same in time. so you don't have to remember to do it.
Question: After my subscription
renewal I have less credits than I thought.
Answer: Annually when the subscription is renewed, the amount of
SMS reminder credit available is reset to 100, so remember to only
buy credits that you will need for your current subscription period.
Question: I have changed
my mobile phone and now have a different number.
Answer: Simply login and go to your Member Control Panel page. From
there you can edit your profile and change the phone number to your
new one.
Question: Help - I have
forgotten my username and/or password !
Answer: Go to the Login page and click on the Forgot Password link
to get the password in your email. In case you have forgot both
username and password then click on the Forgot Login Details link
to send your login details to your mobile phone via SMS. Please
note that one SMS credit will be deducted from your credits balance
to send the login details SMS to you.
Question: I got the email
reminder but no SMS reminder.
Answer: Login and go to your Member Control Panel page. From here
you can edit your profile and check that the phone number you entered
is correct.
We are using a third party’s SMS gateway to send SMS to the
paid users. We have taken full care that the sms is delivered to
you but some times there are certain situations which are beyond
control. In such a case there is possibility that the same is not
reached to you but the same is rare. We are trying our level best
that the service is reached to you.

Question: How do I cancel
my subscription to meinhoona?
Answer: You need not to cancel the subscription as the service is
for a period of one year. If you do not renew it, the same will
be cancelled automatically. Your details will remain with us so
that if you want to continue the same later just pay subscription
and the same will be continued.
But can you really afford to be without meinhoona ?
Question: What is your
refund policy?
Answer: In no case refund will be given. Once the money is paid
the same will not be refunded.
